Patrick was appointed VP Pre-Sales in May 2012, in charge of NGA's presales activities defining customer solutions. Prior to this role, Patrick was Regional Pre-Sales Director, leading NGA's solution design in 19 countries in Europe and Latin America. In 2009, he was Managing Director for Austria and Switzerland.
Previously, Patrick led the Swiss HR Consultancy practice and had been managing major integration and outsourcing projects for NGA all over Europe.
Before joining NGA in 2004, Patrick worked as Executive Consultant and Business Developer for the International IT consultancy firm Altran Technology in the Geneva Lake Area, Switzerland.
Patrick obtained a master degree in business administration and an honors degree in information systems from the University of Lausanne. He also holds a certificate of attendance in the Master in International Management Program of the University of Singapore.
Keith joined NGA in August 2012 as President for the North American region, responsible for all of NGA's client relationships, business development, sales and operations in the US and Canada.
A leading independent consultant, analyst and thought leader in the HR services industry, Keith brings over 20 years of extensive experience to NGA. Most recently, he owned and operated Strodtman Consulting, LLC., an independent consulting firm, and served as research fellow at HfS Research, the leading analyst authority and knowledge community for the global services industry. During this time, Keith advised several companies on their HR service delivery strategies.
Previously, Keith led the launch of the HRO business at Ceridian Corporation from 2002 to 2011, during which he focused on growing the HRO organization and customer base. In the last two years, he assumed leadership of product strategy, in addition to his sales and delivery management charter.
Since the pioneering days of HR outsourcing, Keith has been highly involved in developing the critical technologies necessary to support HR service delivery. Earlier in his career, he was the Director of HR Business Process Outsourcing Solutions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and was Product Manager at Fidelity Investments during the launch of their HR services business.
Keith has participated in many conferences and industry panels as resource speaker and expert, and has authored a number of research publications and blog articles on HR service delivery. He is a member of IHRIM and the advisory board of HRO Today. Keith has also been on HRO Today’s HRO Superstars List several times.
Keith holds a degree in business administration from the University of Saint Thomas.
Anita is VP Northern Europe and leads NGA's activities in this region. In addition to full P/L responsibility, she is responsible for leading the region on a profitable growth strategy, overseeing all of NGA’s client relationships, business development, sales and operations.
Anita has extensive experience working for global organizations and has acquired a great amount of international experience while working with multinational teams in a variety of roles, ranging from expert consultant to program director.
Prior to her current role at NGA, Anita was Managing Director for the Netherlands, leading one of NGA's largest business operations. She joined NGA in 2001 and has a proven track record in delivering value to customers by leading HR Transformation, Consulting and Outsourcing engagements. Anita played a key role in founding the HR Business Consulting team at NGA. From 2008 to 2011, she worked as Director HR Outsourcing, where she transformed the operations and was responsible for the CIAN acquisition.
As guest speaker, Anita regularly delivers keynotes on the subject of HR Transformation and Outsourcing at industry conferences. She is also the author of several white papers and articles.
Anita holds a master of arts degree from the Free University of Amsterdam and has followed several postgraduate courses in business administration and executive management, among others, at the
Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, Open University of Maastricht and Vlerick Management School.
Denis was appointed President of the Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ) region on December 1, 2012. Prior to that, Denis ran Global Sales for NGA, delivering strategic sales and support for NGA's largest enterprise customers and driving revenue growth for new and renewal business.
Denis joined NGA (then ARINSO) in 2000 as Managing Director for France. By 2002, he had been appointed Regional Manager Southern Europe, with his responsibilities later on extending to Canada. In 2009, Denis became VP Global Alliances & Channels, managing NGA’s relationship with SAP and the various partnerships in place like those for BPO, OnDemand and all the partners of the euHReka ecosystem. In May 2011, Denis was in charge of Sales & Marketing for Europe and LatAm.
Before joining NGA, Denis was successively Managing Director France and then VP Southern Europe for Control Data Systems from 1986 to 2000.
Denis started his career in Canada in 1982, at IST (third largest IT Services company in Canada), where he worked as Marketing and Sales Manager for IST Online Services Business Unit, a leading online database services vendor.
Denis has a Master in Business Administration degree from the Lyon Business School in France.
Luca was appointed NGA Cluster Southern-Europe Vice President in May 2012. In this new role, he is in charge of supervising and coordinating NGA’s growth strategy in a market encompassing eight countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Morocco and Turkey.
Prior to this position, Luca had been leading go-to-market efforts in Italy, Greece and Turkey as Regional Managing Director for five years.
Luca started his career working as consultant for Accenture. From 2001 to 2002, he headed the Talent Web Solutions Department of Talent Management. At the end of 2002, he moved to Sweden to join the global leader company in packaging solutions, Tetra Pak, where he took on several HR roles with an increasing level of responsibility, the last being Global e-HR Services Director. During this experience, Luca acquired great expertise in HR Transformation, Global HRIS Implementation and Business Process Outsourcing services.
Luca holds a degree in political science from the University of Milano. He speaks five languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish and a little Turkish.
Alistair has been appointed Regional Vice President for the UK, Ireland and South Africa (UKISA), responsible for growing revenue and profit as well as developing strong relationships with NGA’s UKISA growing list of customers and prospects in order to drive future sales growth in the region.
Alistair specializes in transitioning businesses to develop, market and sell higher-value-added solutions, products and services. He has international experience in plc, US corporate and VC-backed start-up businesses.
Before joining NGA in mid-2012, Alistair was Managing/Executive Director at Communisis plc for five years. He rebranded the company from a print business into a marketing services provider, and transitioned the Group from production to BPO services.
Alistair was Managing Director UK at Synstar plc when it was acquired by Hewlett Packard, the world's largest IT company, in 2004. He was a key member of the team responsible for integrating the two businesses, and subsequently managed the combined entity in the UK&I as Director Technology Services for the region.
Prior to this, Alistair had taken on senior leadership roles in various companies within the IT, electronics and semiconductor industries, including XKO Group plc, an IT services and software solutions business, where he was Managing Director; Microcosm Communications, a VC-backed start-up developing high-speed semiconductor products for fibre optic communication systems, where he was Vice President of Business Development; and M/A-COM Inc., a manufacturer of electronic products for the telecoms, aerospace, defence and automotive markets, where he was World-wide Director of Marketing.
Alistair started his career in 1982 as a Development Engineer at Pye TVT Ltd (part of Philips).
Alistair holds a bachelor of science (honors) degree in electrical engineering from the University of Salford.
Adel Al-Saleh was appointed Group Chief Executive for Northgate Information Solutions (IS) on 1 December 2011, responsible for leading and growing one of the leading global providers of software solutions and technology services for human resources management and for organizations across the public sector.
On May 1 2013, Adel also assumed the role of Chief Executive for NorthgateArinso, the largest business within the Northgate Group, in addition to his role as the group Chief Executive.
Prior to joining Northgate Information Solutions, Adel spent five years at IMS Health (2007-2011), a leading technology-based analytics and services company within the healthcare industry. During Adel’s time with IMS Health, he held several senior positions including President of EMEA, senior Vice President Global Pharma Solutions, and President of US.
Prior to IMS, Adel spent 19 years at IBM (1988-2006), where he held several senior positions across the world, including General Manager of Sales and Industries in the Group's European region, General Manager Global Wireless Business, VP of Americas Communications Sector (covering Telecommunications, Utilities, Media and Entertainment industries), and VP EMEA Sales and Services Personal Systems Group.
Adel is a graduate from Boston University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and received his Masters of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
Adel is married with four children and he is based in the UK.
Udo has been appointed Managing Director & VP of DACH & Eastern Europe in April 2013. He is responsible for growing revenue and profit as well as developing strong relationships with NGA’s customers.
With his extensive knowledge about organizational development and BPO, Udo will drive NorthgateArinso’s go-to-market strategy in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as well as Eastern Europe. With his expertise of selling high-value-added solutions and services, he will be the driving force of NGA’s growth in the region.
Before joining NGA, Udo was responsible for developing business and growth at Tata Consultancy Services. His vast experience comes for a diverse and successful background at companies like Accenture, Unisys and T-Systems, as well as being the Founder and Managing Partner of a private equity fund in the Netherlands.
Udo holds a degree in Business Information Technology from the FH Wedel and lives with his family in Hamburg.
John joined Northgate in January 2001 as Group Chief Accountant and was promoted to UK Finance Director in July 2002 and to Group Finance Director in June 2003.
At Northgate, John has worked closely with the leadership team to transform the business over the last 10 years from a business generating £150m of UK revenue a year and breaking even, to the organisation it is today: trading globally in over 40 countries and generating revenue of over £700m and operating profit of c£150m a year.
Prior to joining Northgate, John trained as a Chartered Accountant. John has held senior finance positions at Thames Water Plc, Shanks Plc and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained substantial acquisition experience.
Peter Bouten joined NorthgateArinso in 1999 and currently holds the position of VP Global Sales and Strategic Accounts. Peter has been active in the HR and Payroll space since the start of his career in the late eighties .
Through his leadership and extensive experience within the HR and payroll arena, Peter has brought our Dutch organization to a higher level of operational excellence. With his thorough knowledge of the HR and IT market he succeeded to move NorthgateArinso into the HR BPO market as one of the top service providers in the Netherlands.
In recent years Peter has been responsible for our business in the Nordics and the DACH region. Peter has also been in charge of NGA's global HR consulting practice.
Peter is married and has 3 children. He resides in the southern part of the Netherlands.
Kobe Verdonck was appointed Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of NGA in May 2012. As CSO, Kobe is in charge of NGA's global sales, go to market, sales operations and presales activities.
Prior to his role as global sales leader, Kobe was Executive Regional Director, leading NGA's business operations and go to market in 19 countries in Europe and Latin America. In 2006, Kobe was appointed regional director for the Nordics & Central Europe leading operations in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland.
Kobe started the Swiss and Austrian operations (respectively in 2003 and 2005) for NGA. Previously he had been managing major integration and outsourcing projects for NorthgateArinso all over Europe and Africa.
Before joining NorthgateArinso in 1999 Kobe worked as a lawyer for the International Law firm Stibbe in Brussels, Belgium. From 1996 to 1998 Kobe was responsible for the start-up of a local bank in Tanzania. Kobe holds a Master degree in Law and a degree in Business Administration.
Kobe resides in Brussels, Belgium.
As NGA's Chief Operations Officer (COO), Paul Hutchison is responsible for managing outsourcing delivery and service delivery globally, as well as developing new standards of delivery excellence across the business and regions.
Paul joined NorthgateArinso with more than 22 years experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) industries. He most recently served as Global Client Executive for HR Outsourcing at IBM where he was responsible for driving customer satisfaction through improved relationship and delivery management. Prior to this role, he was Global Delivery Executive where he was responsible for the overall management of global delivery operations for the HRO business.
Prior to that, Paul managed multi-functional HR service centers in Costa Rica, Argentina, Brazil, Canada and the United States.
As NGA's Chief Information Officer (CIO), Russell Sheldon is responsible for the strategy, architecture, implementation and management of NGA's technology and platforms globally.
Russell joined NGA with more than 17 years experience in Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and shared services having held a number of senior technology and operations leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Exult and Hewitt Associates.
Prior to joining NGA, Russell spent two years leveraging and applying his extensive IT and BPO experience in the newly-developing Legal Outsourcing arena.
Russell holds a BSc (Hons) in IT Business Systems & Technology from the University of Essex.
Dhruv Parekh joined NorthgateArinso (NGA) in April 2013 as Senior Vice President Strategy and Corporate Development. Based in Hemel Hempstead, UK, Dhruv leads our global strategy and corporate development function focused on driving customer satisfaction through continued innovation in NGA's service offerings.
Dhruv brings a wealth of experience to NGA and has an outstanding track record of success in strategy and corporate development. Dhruv previously worked for KKR, a premier global investment firm. He worked with companies that KKR invested in to help management teams develop their strategies and execute their value creation plans. Dhruv focused primarily on the Technology industry and worked with companies in Asia, the US, and Europe.
Prior to joining KKR, Dhruv was a management and strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). While at BCG, Dhruv primarily worked with consumer products and industrial goods companies on developing and executing winning long term strategies.
Dhruv holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA.
Joe Kenny joined the team in March 2010 as NorthgateArinso's Vice President of HR based out of the UK. In this global position he oversees 35 countries and 8,500 employees.
Joe joins us with extensive global HR experience both at a strategic and operational level. Most recently, Joe was HR VP for Sabre Holdings and Lastminute.com and prior to this worked for Cisco Systems Ltd, Nortel Networks Ltd and ICL. Joe is a high energy transformational HR professional with a wealth of experience across different technology businesses.
Joe leads our global HR teams to deliver a balanced integrated HR approach, working together to create an employee orientated high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, excellence, productivity and innovation across the globe.
He holds an MA in HRM from the University of Middlesex, London.
Brad joined NorthgateArinso in 2010 as VP Marketing & Portfolio Management. In his current role, Brad focuses on informing the market about our global strategic offerings. He has an extensive industry experience.
Most recently, he led the HR practice for Equaterra in North America where he was responsible for business development, client delivery, channel relationship management, staff development and management. Prior to that, Brad was responsible for strategy, design and marketing for the HR products of ACS.
From 2003 to 2005, Brad was holding the position of President of Arinso International US, leading US operations with respect to full HRO and integration services.
Previous positions also include Senior Vice President – Client Services, US internetworking Inc., CO President/COO, Groundswell Inc., Global COO, The Hunter Group, Vice President -Professional Services, Walker Interactive Systems, Senior Manager, Price Waterhouse & Co.

Johan Bosschaerts was appointed SVP Product and Offerings Development for NGA in June 2013. He is responsible for ensuring the innovation, development and continuation of our own IP offering and integrate these with those from our strategic partners to create a platform for sustainable growth and drive operational excellence.
Having joined NGA in 2006, Johan held various key positions in the company, Country Managing Director, Global Program Director on the company’s largest outsourcing deals and Executive for Enterprise Product Engineering.
Before having joined NGA Johan held key positions in various companies in both product and client program design and delivery functions leading large international teams, especially in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Johan holds a degree in both Commercial Engineering and Information Technology.
Johan is married with two children and is based in Belgium.
